Lester E. Hollis Chief Executive Officer

Les is a founding partner of Bivium Capital Partners. Les has extensive investment experience, both as an investment banker and as an investment advisory professional. Les utilizes his broad financial acumen to manage the overall operations of Bivium and to provide important insight to the investment process, particularly performing money manager due diligence. Prior to founding Bivium, Les was one of the first employees invited to join Epoch Partners, a start-up investment bank based in San Francisco where he was responsible for making direct investments, assisting companies in raising capital and advising clients on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Epoch Partners, Les was employed at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Communications, Media, and Entertainment group advising clients on raising capital and on mergers and acquisitions. Les received his BA in Economics from Cornell University and his MBA from Columbia Business School . He is a member of the Governing Board of the Robert Toigo Foundation, and has been an active member of the Toigo Alumni Association since receiving the Toigo Fellowship at Columbia University .

Lawrence P. Bancroft President, Chief Investment Strategist

Lawrence is a founding partner of Bivium Capital Partners. He heads the investment committee, and is responsible for product development, portfolio construction, and manager search and due diligence. Prior to founding Bivium, Lawrence was employed at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York in the Investment Management Division. He was one of the first members of Goldman Sachs' external manager selection team and was involved in all aspects of the development of the group's fund of funds business. Lawrence attended Cornell University where he received his BS from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and his MPA from Cornell University School of Public Affairs. He was also a member of the Cornell University Quill and Dagger Honor Society.

M. Nancy Hollis, CIMA, CIMC Managing Director, Director of Research

Nancy is a founding partner of Bivium Capital Partners. She is a member of the investment committee, and is responsible for asset allocation, investment policy, and manager search and due diligence. Prior to founding Bivium, Nancy was employed at Robertson Stephens where she was one of the first members hired to help build the firm's Investment Consulting and Family Office groups. While at Robertson Stephens, Nancy 's responsibilities included performing due diligence on and hiring investment managers across all asset classes, structuring asset allocation strategies, developing investment policy statements, monitoring portfolios and conducting client portfolio reviews. Prior to Robertson Stephens, Nancy worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Investment Management Division where she was a product manager for the firm's asset allocation mutual funds. Nancy received her BA in Economics from New York University and her MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School , where she was a Robert Toigo Fellow. Nancy is an active member of the Toigo Alumni Association. She holds both the Certified Investment Analyst (CIMA) and Certified Investment Management Consultant (CIMC) licenses and is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA).

Sabrina BrutusChief Compliance Officer, Vice President Operations

Sabrina serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Operations. She is responsible for the daily operations of the firm, including managing the client reporting process and serving as the primary operations liaison to the managers. Prior to joining Bivium Capital, Sabrina was employed at Ernst & Young LLP in the legal department, where she worked with a team of accountants to provide comprehensive accounting services for the partners of the firm. Her subsequent experiences include retail accounting for Coach, Kenneth Cole and Linens ‘n Things, and more recently brand consulting for Siegel & Gale, a corporate branding and communications firm where she consulted various clients including American Express, Air Force, NetJets and Renaissance Hotels. Sabrina’s responsibilities included providing strategic guidance for the overall development of each client’s brand, developing marketing materials and new products and services and implementing marketing programs. Sabrina is a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals, Inc.
