We believe diverse perspectives lead to better decisions

Our leadership team comprises senior executives Lawrence Bancroft and Kai Hong. They work in concert to establish the firm’s direction and alignment of services. The team oversees tactical operations and is accountable for Bivium’s overall results. They have placed more than $10 billion with external managers for Bivium’s clients and with external managers while at prior investment firms.

The team defines leadership as leading by example while coaching and mentoring the firm’s talented associates. Bivium’s flat organizational structure enables associates to expand their knowledge base and skill set, while making valuable contributions to the firm’s goal of delivering superior solutions for clients.
