Lola C. West
Managing Director/Co-Founder, Westfuller Advisors, LLC
For almost a decade of her successful career, Lola served as a wealth advisor with Merrill Lynch and a senior partner of LWF Wealth Management. Today, as a co-founder and partner of Westfuller Advisors, she continues to advise clients and institutions on how to build a vision for the future and directs the achievement of results-oriented financial goals and aspirations. Lola is active in the New York City community as a board member for the New York Women’s Foundation (NYWF-the Foundation is the largest women-led grantmaking organization in the United States, and one of the top two in the world); Donors of Color Network – a donor network specifically for BIPOC philanthropists; Souls Grown Deep Foundation; and The New 3R’s. She is also listed In Who’s Who of American Women and is the recipient of the Proclamation “Lola C. West Day” in the City of New York for “exemplary prowess as a health care administrator.” Lola received a BA in Psychology from Brooklyn College and a MUP (Master’s in Urban Planning) from Hunter College. She holds a Certified Financial Management designation; the Series 7, 66; and Life, Health and Accident Insurance license. She lives on the Upper East Side of NYC.

Ian S. Fuller

Ian is a co-founder and partner of Westfuller Advisors, a values-driven investment advisory and wealth management firm that provides advice, strategy, and investment management for mission-aligned global individuals, families, non-profits and foundations. A specialist in evidence-driven, global wealth advisory and planning, strategic investment management, and philanthropic giving; he works closely with people and institutions to empower wealth with purpose. Ian is a believer in the promise of money and financial systems to drive a flourishing democracy and economy. He co-leads the firm’s commitment to support efforts building: a just and equitable society, public purpose finance for All, and community infrastructure and assets. As an activist and finance nerd; he is a board member and investment committee chair of the Marguerite Casey Foundation with a $975MM endowment committed mission-aligned investing, board chair of Common Justice, and serves as the treasurer/finance chair for many social justice organizations, including Color of Change, The Workers Lab, Proteus Action League, and the Amalgamated Bank Charitable Foundation. Ian is also an active angel investor in high-growth, BIPOC-led businesses. Ian received both a B.S. in Economics and an M.S. in International Affairs/Global Finance from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology/New York University; and holds a Chartered Financial Consultant designation; the Series 7, 66, 24 securities licenses. He lives on the Lower East Side of New York City with his family where he can often be found perfecting ristretto pulls, reading a good book or training for the next adventure race.

Mona Williams
Independent Asset Management Consultant
Mona is an asset management executive with extensive investment, operating, and investor relations experience. She consults to institutional money managers, advising on strategic growth, product, distribution, and brand initiatives. She was formerly President of Progress Investment Management Company, LLC, where she spent 19 years dedicated to "Changing the Face of the Investment Management Industry," serving on the firm's Board of Directors, Investment Committee, and chairing its Management Committee. A pioneer in diverse and emerging manager investing, Progress managed an array of customized and pooled multi-manager investment vehicles for public and corporate pension funds, foundations and endowments, and unions. Her earlier experience includes positions at regional and global investment banks, including Bear Stearns and Merrill Lynch. Mona serves on the Board of the East Bay Community Foundation (EBCF), served on the board of the National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP), the National Council on Teacher Retirement Corporate Advisory Committee (NCTR) and has been an active member of 100 Women in Finance (100WF), co-sponsoring events that address the underrepresentation of women in finance. She is a frequent industry speaker on diversity and inclusion in asset management and has taught financial literacy, her passion, to young women and people of color throughout her career. Mona received a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses (inactive). She lives in Oakland with her husband and son.
